At one end of the spectrum, is the Passenger in life’s journey.
PASSENGER
The Passenger is dependent on others to determine the direction and quality of their life.
Some mature to become the Navigator of the twists and turns of life.
NAVIGATOR
The Navigator has gained enough skills necessary to be less dependent on others but may be focused on surviving versus thriving.
In the center of the spectrum is the Driver of their own life. The Driver has the knowledge and skills necessary to live independently.
DRIVER
However, some Drivers may be focused on short-term goals and not be able to see where their life is headed in the long term.
Near the upper end of the spectrum is the Traveler.
TRAVELER
The Traveler understands that they control the direction and quality of their life. They have a plan for their future and are executing the plan with success.
At the top of the spectrum is the Guide.
GUIDE
The Guide has achieved personal and financial independence. They are living their best life, and they are now focused on helping to change the lives of others.
